How To Perform Exercise

Steps :

1.) Begin this pose by lying face down on the floor.

2.) Arch your back, keeping shoulder blades back, bend your legs and reach back tightly grabbing your ankles.

3.) Hold this position for a 5 count and then return back to the starting position.
